First Visit

At Alpha Life Chiropractic, we hold our patients in high regard. We understand that the first visit to a new place can be intimidating. To alleviate any unnecessary stress, we offer the convenience of printing and filling out your forms at home. We consider our patients as an extension of our family and eagerly look forward to meeting you!

Making The Appointment

After you have made an appointment with us, please fill out the Intake form that can be found here:

Getting Here

Our clinic is located at 600 East John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 274, Irving, Texas, 75062. It is a white building with a half dome over the middle of the entry to the building. We have parking out front or behind the building, handicap spaces also available.

Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor and head towards the East corridor. You will see a ping pong table right in front of our door. Restrooms are located between the office and the elevators. If someone is with the doctor when you arrive, have a seat and you will be seen shortly.

First Visit Expectations

Once you arrive, we will scan in your paperwork and then Dr. McCabe will lead you to one of the exam rooms. Please wear athletic/loose clothing to allow him to examine you properly. During the exam, Dr. McCabe will take a detailed history to get to know your case better. Once he has an idea of how to tailor your exam to your case, he will combine a functional movement analysis with orthopedic and neurological tests to further identity how best to treat you. None of this is predetermined before your appointment starts. After the exam is complete, Dr. McCabe may recommend a custom treatment plan as well as some therapies to begin treating you. We will then schedule your next appointment to accommodate your schedule as well as Dr. McCabe’s.
